Profile

Tracy is a Lecturer and Head of Taxation in the Department of Finance and Tax. Formerly, she practiced in the field of corporate taxation with PwC. She holds a master’s degree in commerce specialising in the field of South African taxation from the University of Cape Town and is conducting research towards a master’s degree in international tax law from the University of Cape Town.

Since 2016, she has served as a member of the assessment committee within the South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT). She also acts as an independent consultant to various tax departments within professional firms.
